Posted April 27, 2021 Depends on a number of factors. Your location. Whether or not you're including the weekend in that "week" of yours. How many they've sold and need to ship out. If they have a specific day to ship things out. If they are waiting for the postal service to pick them up. and many other reasons. Just keep waiting. You'd be hard pressed to find a desk mat that size for the price (unless you went with 900x400 or smaller, anything above that is near impossible to find last I checked) If you have no received any news on it, maybe send them a mail on the 3rd of May.
