I would assume Teams has a non-trivial CPU usage that has a negative influence on the game. Maybe monitor CPU usage to see how much Teams is doing.

shouldn't game during workhours! 馃檪

On a serious note tho. I'm geussing hardware acceleration with Teams is turned on, and for some reason Teams decides to do somethin with graphics or webcam.聽

turn off hardware acceleration in teams and see if it has any effects.

Gamesystem: X3700, 32GB memory @3200mhz, GTX1080 Hybrid

Unraid system: Epyc 7352, 24/48, 96GB ECC buffered @2666mhz, 2x GT710, GTX1050Ti

A simple snapshot doesn't necessarily tell the whole story. The CPU usage isn't too high, but it might still negatively affect the latency of the game's workload.

As you can see, Teams is also using a fair amount of RAM, which might mean the game has to swap in/out assets from memory more often than usual, which might explain the stutters.

ok is there a solution for the ram usage

Other than buying additional RAM, I don't really see how. Teams uses as much RAM as it needs to. There's not too much you can configure that I'd expect to have any influence on its RAM usage.
