What cooler is this

Found some cheap used cooler for my socket 1150 i7 4770, and it has a 4 pin and is above my tdp! Hooray! But anyone what is it? Identifiy it?

Used at least on the hashwell generation. Some of those coolers have a additional plastic shroud to redirect some air for VRM cooling.

Sucks to dissemble for cleaning but does a good job at quietly cooling the i3-4150.

Thanks. Honestly just looking to replace a stock intel one thats below this cpus tdp rn. I assumed maybe its from some office prebuilt or something since it looks like that and its unbranded. For 5 dollars it'll do lol, no decent coolers under like 20 I could find that have 4 pin pwm
