nope, epyc 7000 series is limited to dual socket.

That's 4 CPUs max per motherboard. They just sandwich two motherboards together in a 4U so it's 2x4CPUs. I don't think a motherboard exists that supports 8 CPUs

Take a look at those servers. Big fans and headsinks handle the heat fine. some of those systems use about 1400w in cpus alone.

Yea those server fans move much more air than normal desktop fans. There also a bit louder as noise doens't matter in a server closet or datacenter.

There is 0 discussion value here. 

Also, that PC won't boot as it doesn't even have storage and a PSU and that board doesn't
sound real, and if it is, it probably won't even take a Threadripper as the 3990X needs a TRX series
chipset, which you'd have known if you actually bothered to try and make this convincing.
