Actually a lot more chances to freeze your cpu to a complete halt. Helium has a vaporization temperature, at ambiant pressure, of 2K. So if you're not giving the helium droplet by droplet to the cpu via the heatexchanger, you're going to freeze the cpu to 0 Jiggahertz. 

 

 

...or could that mean you're changing all circuits to perfect conductors ??? In which case, yea probably 10 GHz overclock on a good 3770k chip.
