You can probably use Spotify's free version and stream songs and bare with the ads.

Or just get a subscription to it, so you can download the songs to play them.

There are some artists offering their music for free via Soundcloud. There are several streaming apps that have free with ads. Other than those, asking for free stuff is piracy and won't be allowed here.

And you were told such sites. Some artists offer their music for free via Soundcloud. There might be other sites, but generally you are either required to pay monthly license fee or pay to artist directly. There are also bundles of royalty free music that are sold by Humble Bundle and others.
