The CV series from Corsair is still pretty new, so really no-one would have been using it for more than a year.

You don't need 650w. Better get a higher quality 450 - 550w with better platform like Corsair CX450 or CX550, Cooler Master MWE Bronze V2 or maybe you can get your hands on a Bitfenix Formula Gold.

Thank you for your answer. I just have one more question, sorry it is my first time to build a pc, I just want to make sure I will not regret the psu that I will buy, my country is Philippines and the available cx right now is the cxm grey, is it good? Also, is the Cooler Master MWE White V2 good and has high quality than the corsair cv650w?

CX-M is about the same level as CV 650, so it's not very good. The MWE V2 is a better choice than the CV.

Which costs less?  The CX-M, the CV or the MWE V2?

While the MWE V2 uses a more modern topology (LLC), I'd argue that for your level of graphics card it doesn't matter and that the components used in the CX-M and CV are better quality, never mind the overall higher efficiency.  So I would just go with whatever's cheaper.

Here is the price list of the PSU:

$57.16 - corsair cv550
$53.66 - coolermaster mwe white v2 550
$84.61 - corsair cx550m
$78.42 - coolermaster mwe bronze v2 550

There is 2 MWE V2 the white and the bronze but the difference is the bronze is $20 more, is bronze worth it?

Not worth it in my opinion, if you don't mind the noise it makes.

The CV650 isn't a CV550 with 100 more watts, it comes with a different platform.

How much for the CV650? And for both the cm mwe white and bronze, what's the exact SKU? (MPE-5501-xxxxxxxx)

Guys can you check this out. I know Rmx is better than those that I've listed and I stumbled on this product the cost is $81.45 but it has only 3 months warranty though. Is this the one that I should buy? Many thank you for answers.

I do not know how it is in your country, so you should check it out from the Corsair web site of your country.

Here is a statement from https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Power-Supply-Units/Power-Supply-Units-Advanced/RMx-Series/p/CP-9020177-NA#tab-overview

"CORSAIR offers a ten-year warranty on all RMx series power supplies, your guarantee of reliable operation that will last across several system builds. If you run into any problems during the installation or use of an RMx power supply, CORSAIR global customer support is ready to help."

Something may be a bit off from your source, but I do not know.

3rd World Country. The retailers import from 3rd party who also doesn't get the products directly from the manufacturer. There is quite a long process in-between due to which sometime the price also increases upto 3 times.

Here in my country the max warranty they give is 1 year.

Also they can keep the price whatever they want. I can get both Corsair CX and CV series at the same price.

Philippines isn't quite like that.

There is an official distributor of Corsair there and they don't do end user sales.  They support all of these small DIY shops that you see on Shoppee with product.

The only way the product wouldn't have a10 year warranty is if it didn't go through that distribution channel.  But if that were the case, the product would be either MORE expensive (paying a middle man, higher import duties, etc), stolen, or counterfeit.

And "keeping prices at whatever they want" is not a "third world country" thing.  I'm always surprised to hear people say things like "why did Corsair price the RM850x at less than the TX750M??" when looking at two different sellers.  All Corsair or anyone else does is set an MSRP.  "S" stands for "suggested". Those sellers can sell those products at whatever price they want.  They can make 15 points of margin or 30.  Totally up to them.

Not necessarily.  I see it all the time all around the world.  Not just the Philippines.

They put "3 month warranty" because THE SELLER will warranty the product for three months.  That doesn't mean the product doesn't have a 10 year warranty.

In the EU, the seller is OBLIGATED BY LAW to provide a two year warranty.  So they'll often put "two year warranty" on the product listing. Then people get confused and assume that the product by and large only has a two year warranty, when in fact that only means you can go back to the store you got it from for two years for warranty service.  Beyond that, you go back to the manufacturer or authorized distributor.

In this case, the seller does not seem to be importing through the authorized distributor.  Which may mean he's bringing the product in without paying customs, tariffs, etc. and that's why he has a lower price.

Unless/until I know more, I don't want to speculate too much, but I will say that you may not want to buy those PSUs until you know exactly where they come from, and it's unlikely the seller will divulge that information.
