VAG program information day

When do you guys think the explaining video will release, I'm thinking of tomorrow or Friday because otherwise they would have given the information on this Friday WAN show. Do u guys think it will be the fastest who clicks in the videos that is going to get it because if it is like that, I 100% will not be able to get one. Also, what information would they use to verify we are reals gamers, what about new gamers? I think Steam would be the best guess but you could lie about which profile is yours. I'm just guessing, I know we still don't have information. I'm always watching their videos just when they release it to have more information faster, I just want to get a card lol.
