It's called a backplate and it's no issue it 'fell off'. That's what happens when you unscrew those two black bars from the front of the board.

Depending on the cooler you're using, you may or may not need it.

If you want to put it back, I've found it's easiest to lay it on the tablet, put your motherboard overtop it, so those four black screw posts stick out and then you can install whatever is needed on the front of the motherboard.

Just press it in,  there's 4 holes around the cpu socket, the 4 bits in the corners must go through the holes... if it doesn't go in easily, rotate 180 degrees and try again.

Leave the white plastic on the piece, it's on purpose, to insulate the bit from other components on the back

There’s a problem tho I’ve already installed everything the backplate fell out after I finished putting the pc together

Everytime the pc stands up the backplate falls out and so does my AMD wraith cooler

The cooler screws into that backplate. You have to put it on the back of the motherboard and, while holding it in place, screw the cooler into it.

That is a brace to the rear of the motherboard to pinch against a cpu cooler that way when you tighten a mount to it the motherboard balances pressure against itself and that plate, without it the only issue that can happen is your screws are at risk to bend or snap the board if youre tightening them too hard or too rapidly by flexing the board since it doesnt have anything to bite into the CPU mounting plate
