Posted February 23, 2021 Hi, i can't clean my PC case correctly. Also, it getting dusty very quick. CPU, GPU fans are very dusty. PSU has little bit dust as well. I'm afraid to damage components. Also motherboard is getting very dusty but i don't know how to clean it. I'm afraid to short the motherboard. Posted February 23, 2021 Compressed air, and not from the can, it will be easier to clean some of the components out of the case. Also do some cable managing. Compressed air. Step 1. Turn PC off for ... oh an hour or so so nothing is warm, and unplug it from the wall. Step 2. Use compressed air, and a vacuum cleaner so the dust gets collected in something and not redeposited in the computer. Make sure that the compressed air is not aimed at fans, as that will turn them into generators and kill your electronics, either remove them or stick a toothpick between the blades while you lightly blow air around the heatsink. Compressed air in a can is fine as long as you use short bursts (as it will create ice crystals by making things too cold) If you're having a hard time keeping dust down, consider a case with better dust filtering, or a an air purifier for the room it operates in, but keep in mind that most air purifiers are a snake-oil scam, and you can get the same effect from an air conditioner that may already exist.
