Feels like my GPU is being bottle necked

DatFriendlyNoob

past PC I experienced bottle necking but I already knew it would happen, but this pc is experiencing similar issues and I have no idea why, does not matter if I have the game of the lowest or highest setting the frames are identical. As for my friends on the same game with integrated graphics can out perform me in some cases.

Drivers are up to date

Enough power going to card

Temps are completely fine

Specs:

i7 980X

12GB Corsair dominator

Sabertooth x58

GTX 580

1200W PSU

Any suggestions would be great

Thanks.

it's not.

create a new partition on a hard drive and install Windows on there to create a new duplicate test environment.

The issue is software, or in a rare situation hardware.

Error: 410

recently my ping has been fluctuating at random, cannot find the source of that either. When my ping is fine my fps is still the same.

Nope.

That 1200w PSU, damn.

Use to run SLI, even then was a tad overkill

Have you tried a clean installation of the Geforce drivers? Take note of your settings before you do this.

It's not bottlenecked by 980X, not even two of those GTX 580 wouldn't be.

Try to reinstall the drivers for the graphics card, reinstall the OS if needed.
