Oh how I hate Adobe Flash

terrytek

I hate this plugin so much!! I hate how much RAM it takes up (about 10% of 4GB, a lot for a plugin), how it works, and so forth. I hate when Chrome crashes when Flash crashes. When Flash doesn't respond, my tabs don't want to respond to my damn commands!! I especially hate when Flash crashes without a warning. Why do we have Flash? It is obviously flawed with bugs. Google shoulda have just used Java instead, Adobe, you possibly have made the worst plugin of the history of the computer.

Please... you have no idea.... as someone who has 110+ tabs open on a daily basis. Flash is far more of a problem for me.

400 MB is not a lot.

To me, it's a big deal. It adds on to what Firefox hogs, a whopping 1 GB for me.

I guess thats why I went for 16 gigs of ram, I would have to open so many tabs the very fabric of time and space would derp out before my ram does.

Lol even with 16gbs I still end up with single chrome processes that take up 1.5gbs of ram... and that just a SINGLE process not including the rest of the what 90 chrome processes that are taking up memory.

I guess I'm a bit insane with all my tabs... but I need this stuff lol.

I'm quite fine with 8gb, a few games alt+tabbed, lots of pointless tabs in chrome.

And I've never gone over 5gb of memory. But I guess some people have hundreds and hundreds of tabs open, which does go over my head sligthly.

If you think that you of all people hate flash I would hate to be in the same boat as my friend jeff, refusing to use a intel computer so they are stuck on the ppc mac platform. Hasn't had the latest flash since 09 to put that into perspective I can at least hack flash 11 onto windows 98.

Watashi Kininarimasu means I'm curious, which is a line used by a certain character in the series my avatar is from. *cough*

The anime is Hyouka, a personal favorite of mine. Love it so much I ended up helping out with translations lol.

Its a bit slow, and feels "normal" compared to alot of other series. But I feel like its really quality content.

I'm watching Steins;gate atm (I'm at episode 3) and that is one weird show, a lot of WTF moments.
