anybody know to create linus face windows background?? i really need the steps

Make sure when you apply it, you chose the tile option.

3 layers. One for face, one for original background and one for blue filter. Cut panes from windows. Resize and move face where you want it to be. Make it grey scale. Pick color from original (or two, looks like its gradient). Make gradient filter and place that layer between face and original. Adjust transparency of the filter layer. I think that should work?
