Minecraft server

Go to solution Solved by Electronics Wizardy,

You can probalby drop a bit by cheaper a cheaper ram and cheaper board, but if you want much cheaper your probably gonna want to go with a used destkop.

Hi, I have a possible build for a Minecraft server, though I would like it slightly cheaper. There should be no more than 20 people and 20 plugins. However I plan to use the multiverse plugin, and possibly geyser which I assume uses more ram.

This is too expensive though. Any ideas on how to get it down? Link: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Mdog504/saved/#view=g47Wt6.

I honestly don't recommend buying new for a minecraft server, you can usually find a used dell prebuilt with an i5 or i7 for ~100-150 that would do the job and be quite cheaper

The i3 10100 only supports ddr3 2666mhz memory and lower speeds, so getting 3000mhz memory is a waste.
