The good news is that you can now buy the GeForce 210 (1GB DDR2, yes) for only 182$ on Amazon.com

These videos prove my point that as long as you can find a seller whom isn't a rip-off merchant and want to gaming and/or streaming, a GTX 650ti (even the models without auxiliary power) is a better choice. And if you can get a 750ti...

GT 1030 GDDR5 vs GTX 650ti
https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3337-ebay-scam-gtx-1050-1gb-gpu-benchmarked

GT 1030 both versions vs Vega 2400G and 750ti (spoilers, it gets rekt):

https://www.techspot.com/review/1658-geforce-gt-1030-abomination/

You would be better off with a GT 1030 that only used system RAM than the DDR4 GT 1030...that will be flogged by a GDDR5 GT 1010.

EDIT: I almost forgot that you considered the seller being decent already, don't mind me ಥ_ಥ (still leaving the rest of the message for the kind of people who just say "WhY NOt bUy UsEd?" without actually thinking with their brains)

I completely agree with you on the fact that a 650ti and a 750ti are better than even the GDDR5 GT 1030, but as someone from a developing country with a nonexistent used market, the 650ti and 750ti are only better if they are even available and if they are being sold for the same price as a GDDR5 GT 1030 or lower (since even a $10 price bump lands them in the same price/performance ballpark and the people with a smaller budget will go for the 1030), which may be common in the USofA, but no so much in the rest of the world.
