I swear I'm the only person who doesn't like it. It just feels like most other FPS games to me. I want EA to work more on Mirror's Edge 2, not more FPS games.

I didn't like it either. I bought it through Origin so I had the 24hour refund policy. Played it for around 4 hours and refunded it.

DICE works on Mirrors edge... Also they work on Battlefield, Need for Speed, and more.

its a rumor also i expected this anyway, that deal was most likely made since sony rejected the use of azure servers for a game on their platform, and to top it off respawn said this deal only applied to this game, hell since respwan own the IP they could swap publisher if EA fuck whit them and their partnership would end the moment it was set for renewal

Titanfall may be the best FPS in years but I don't really tap into sequelitis, I will play this one until I'm bored and then I'll move on to new ideas, rather than splashing about in the pool of stagnancy that any franchised game property invariably becomes.

They did say they wanted to make it a yearly released game like the Call of Duty franchise. This being a time exclusive has been known for quite awhile as well.

Even though I bought Titanfall at launch I still haven't played it for more than an hour, but still it's Respawns first titel of course there would be a follow-up but since they're now probably getting a massive extension in budget I hope they won't be going all Call of Duty on it, the source engine is just too old to be a valid AAA game engine anymore. Let it go.

 

Sure, graphics isn't everything but since Titanfall is far from storydriven it would be a nice addition.

bloody sequels, trilogy over about 5 years is the right time period and most sequels before they get boring, not release one as soon as the last is done.

The play style is so different that you can't really compare it with CS. Such as walking is definitely a no no as you will not want to be hit by a titan at all.
