i'd go with the MSI, offers great cooling

Well the money doesnt really matter that much... 

Is budget not a problem? Got TI!

Otherwise i would go with EVGA, then gigabyte, then asus. EVGA being the best option.

If it isn't working absolutely perfectly, according to all your assumptions, it is broken.

This.

 

MSi cards are cooled well and are very very quiet.  Low temperatures allow better overclocks, and MSI cards generally overclock well anyways.

Ok, lol The GTX 645 makes more sense. I was all kinds of confused when I thought you posted a Quadro.
