Steam games screwing with my internet speed

I need help I dont know what the problem is but when I go in to some steam games csgo and UNO my internet speeds go too 0 down and 0 up this is a problem becuas I stream and I cant stream those games.

 

I dont use wirless

What is this being measured on? I guess I don't understand your question? The way you said this makes me think your having download issues but your talking about streaming.... so you can't stream to a platform? please elaborate on your question.

Try changing your steam download region. (Steam->Preferences->Downloads) 
Make sure you have free space in your storage for the games.

Also, you should mention what your PC/components, OS, etc, are, its really hard to know what is wrong with so little information.

Well its nothing with the stream its just when i go in to those steam games my internet speeds drop from 600 down and 60 up to 0.4 down and 0.2 up

Its hard to describe the problem but it only whit steam games

Are you seeing that the steam downloading goes down to 0? Where are you seeing that you go from 600 down to 0 down.

speedtest net and a swedish site basicly the same

so a few questions. 

 

are you trying to download something when this happens? 

 

did you try restarting your pc? 

 

and additionally try restarting any network equipment?

how i ralised it was becuas i stream and my stream kept disconecting when i played steam games i have tried to restart everithing
