Android zooming in and out Issue

Browser, version and OS: Chrome Android 10

 

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

browsing the forum casually

 

What happened?

pinch to zoom not working sometimes when i try to view image, so i dug deeper and found out that sometimes after refresh it works (sometimes require 2 refresh)

i manage to consistently reproduce the issue if i zoom in and out while the page finishes loading stuffs, but that's not how i usually browse the forum, so there may be other trigger for the issue

 

What did you expect to happen?

pinch to zoom to work every time

anywhere, really, even on subforum pages when i was testing (ie, https://linustechtips.com/forum/82-forum-bugs-and-issues/), even though they finished loading and doesnt contain embedded stuffs

It's working for me in Chrome on Android 10. What phone are you using, and can you try enabling the override zoom setting in the Chrome Accessibility settings?

Sony xperia 10 ii

 

And enabling it seems to fix it so far, will report back if there's any issues

I have had this issue where when I click an image to show it I can’t soom it just doesn’t work
