Is it just the Netherlands cause alot of gpus are sold out here.

I wanted to make a build but cant cause everything is sold out.

It's a lot of places.

A lot of videocards are sold out at stores.

Sometimes you're lucky and see something in stock at some point, but for a lot of cards you'd need to "enter the queue" to have any chance of getting a card any time soon. How soon? Fully depends on the stock the store gets from their suppliers.

Here in the pacific northwest, 30 series cards are nonexistent, and the best option is to try and find a 10 series card on offerup or ebay. 1070s are going for about 250-275 USD over here and there are about 100 of them on ebay. Availability has been bad in general, likely due to Covid and the stimulus checks.

Do you think they will start making them soon?

They're already making them as fast as they can. They're just some bumps in the road currently preventing truly large scale production. The Dutch webshops seem to be getting regular shipments, depending on the model, but you need think of a few dozen at most per restocking delivery. They've also stopped taking preorders now so they can just work through the lists first.
