Just got the RTX 3080 Suprim X, How well will 10gb GDDR6X last on 1440p

as mentioned in title, how long will 10gb last, will it at least last 3 years

No one can tell for sure how it will be in 3 years. But right now, even at 4K the 10GB are not a problem.

So basically i'd say you're probably fine with 1440p for the next few years.

The GPU itself will become an obstacle before VRAM capacity.

8GB can do 4k with current games.

And 4K is like 2x more pixels than 1440.

THe best game right now which will be the benchmark for future game, cyberpunk, is aiming 4k and 8gb vram.

So safe to say it will support future games up to 5 years, if you stayed with 1440p.
