Has or Does Anyone Use Ting?

dual290x

I am looking at transferring my numbers to Ting (using Verizon towers). Does anyone have any experience with Ting?

How was their customer service and response to major issues? Did you have issues transfering your number(s)? Does anyone have experience with their new plans?

Instructions for frustration management:

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.

ORLY?

Yup. They were good. Good customer support. Bad signal on the T mobile(?) network where I live, though, so switched to another similar provider on the Verizon network.

My wife handled the transfer so I'm not sure why she opted for "US Mobile" versus "Ting" on the Verizon netwrok. Pricing I imagine.
