I think you're just not allowed to post a picture of yourself if you're under 16.

Other than that, any age is allowed. We have a few 12 year olds on here

I don't think it would be age, but rather maturity level.

And so now onto the answer:

I think in order to be on the forum you must be more mature then "the one who shall not be named".

Especially in light of recent events surrounding "him".

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
