Charge phone over rear USB-C port?

Hi, will I be able to charge my phone if I buy the right cable? I have a Asus tuf gameing b450.

You can buy a usb type a  to usb type c cable , or usb type c  - usb type c cable and you can charge your phone.

Your phone may not charge at more than 5v 1A but it will charge.

It just needs to be beter than 500mah

If I plug my phone into the USB 3.1 type C port at the back of my PC it will even quick charge.

Tried a USB-C to USB-C cable that's rated for 100 watts. So since it's "only" quick charging you won't need to worry too much about the cable. Just get a decent one that's in your budget
