Ryzen 3 3100 or I3 10100F?

Hi,

I'm having an hard time choosing between the Ryzen 3 3100 or the I3 10100F. In Portugal the prices are 100€ and 84€, respectively.

I found an amazing deal for the Asus TUF Gaming B460-Plus (90€), so I'm taking that in consideration too.
