Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: PUBG Mainly, Sometimes I use Photoshop ...

Unfortunately I'm not quite sure how you would check prices as I have to buy from local stores and not Amazon as customs are about 50% of item price

I'd suggest spending a little more on the motherboard for better future upgradeability. Perhaps going for a B450/M Pro4/-F or any of the highlighted motherboard on the tier list, which ever one is cheaper and has the features you need. seems reasonable. the psu looks low quality, i'd try to get a better one. can you find a corsair cx?

Corsair CX 550W is 30 eur more expensive (75 eur). Is it worth?

Sure, I can get Asrock B450M Pro4. It is almost the same price

think of it as an insurance policy. it's less likely to fail and damage other components in the process, compared with the MWE you picked. it also has 5 year warranty, compared with 3.
