5600x is better, x570 tomahawk is better, get rgb pro 4 x 8gb 3600 cl16, or 4000mhz cl18, get mp600 500gb and get a seagate barracuda compute, get a 6800 xt or 3080, other than that good build

yes add 100 pounds for the new cpu, the others are cheaper, maybe if you get that ram it will be a bit more

Cpu is more expensive so is the graphics card and the ram

actually the 680 xt is a little bit cheaper than the 207 super you listed, and the ram is optional but if you save up for it it will be worth it, but the storage is cheaper and so is the motherboard

Do the low ratings matter in this build and is the psu good in this build as well?

May I ask why a 3070? He never specified resolution and games

because it's the same price as the 2070 super in OP's initial build, while having much better performance.

Low ratings I mean like 5 star and how much people have reviewed each part

those are just user reviews. most of the parts in the build above is 5 stars. the ones with few reviews are just new components

Sorta as in I don’t want a specific refresh rate for my system I’ll do fine with what I currently have on my current monitor

Wait for stock. Paying £500+ for a 2070 Super is crazy.

Honestly no idea, but you will be getting a better gpu if you sit tight. Maybe buy a cheap gpu for the short term if you don't have one you can reuse.
