Microsoft and Google ruin Intel's plan for dual-OS tablets

AlexGoesHigh

Microsoft has been taken to court over this kind of practices. Regardless of what they consider fair they have to accept that competitors have a right to exist and exclusivity deals and discounts to OEM manufacturers should be an option and not an imposition.

fair enough i din't know microsoft has been in court for stuff like this

Come on,  you can't seriously blame a company (any company) for wanting to protect it's revenue streams.  This is normal business practice and the only companies that don't play ball this way are bankrupt.  At least they aren't taking apples approach and sueing everyone for anything that looks remotely like a google or MS product.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
