Something like a hyper 212 would work pretty good and there is a rgb version.

This is a pretty good budget motherboard it is atx with wifi and its b550 so it will work with ryzen 5000.

This is a little more expensive one.

They will both work fine x570 is slightly better but it is also more expensive. x570 motherboards will have a chipset fan and b550 motherboards won't.

For a x570 motherboard I would only consider these 3 based on budget

low: aorus elite

mid: rog strix -e

high: aorus master

rog currently has a Cashback option so its very close to the budget options despite being a premium board (S tier VRM’s)

for a 3600 I would stay with the budget option tbh, for a cooler look up the mugen scythe PCGH it performs the same as a noctua at less than halve the price

Personally I wouldn't bother with X570 if you're not going to overclock and you're going to get a CPU fan like you are.

But for a 5600x do you even need x570 b550 will work just as well and it doesn't have a chipset fan like x570 does.

It doesn't matter if you will overclock or not you can overclock on b550 and x570.

Fair enough. I think from memory X570 gives you better ports and PCI4.0 - but 1. You don't really need PCi4.0 if just utilising 1 GPU and 2. B550 can handle 1Gb/s internet I think, X570 10Gb/s - who even has 1Gb as it is..

It depends on pricing.

MSI B550 Gaming Edge wifi is about 150€ and a great purchase for that price.

MSI B550M mortar wifi costs about the same so no point in it at least in EU area.

Asus B550m Tuf wifi can also be on the same price range near 150€.

Also MSI b550m pro-vdh wifi is more than enough for a 5600X. That should cost near 100€/$.

They both have pcie 4.0 and you can get 2.5 gb/s internet on b550.

I'm in the us and this seems to be the best deal for and atx board with wifi. Its the one I want to get.

There is no bios flashback on that one. So not the best choice for new 5000-series cpu unless you have an older one for updating bios.

Yeah ik so if u want ryzen 5000 you might need a bios update but if you go into a store and buy it idk if they will have the sticker that says it has the new bios or not like how the b450 boards had the 3000 series ready sticker on them.

What about this motherboard. https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-X570-PCIe4-0-Realtek-Motherboard/dp/B07SQJZDTX This one has the new bios according to on of my local retailers.

If you have a ryzen 3000 series cpu like your old one or something you can use that to use that to update your bios but that motherboard also looks fine.
