Building an SFF PC for my mother to do some office work. Suggestions?

Budget (including currency): $500 to $600

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Office work, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc. for my mother

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I made a tentative parts list already:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3400G

RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200 Corsair Vengeance LPX

SSD: Crucial P1 1TB NVME

Case: CoolerMaster NR200

PSU: Seasonic Focus 500w SGX-500

MB: Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO (ITX)

 

I'm going for an SFF PC, because it should be small enough to fit on a table comfortably (my mom shovels papers everywhere, and if the computer's on the floor she will kick it while moving the chair). I want to reduce the price of the machine a bit, but I can't see any notable things which can be changed. In addition, I'm curious about the reliability of the Seasonic PSU, because I've seen reviews online that the fans are pretty loud. If they are, are there any other reliable SFF PSUs which aren't too expensive?

Peripherals will not be included in the cost of this.

Honestly that's a large case for an APU build. Mega overkill for the PSU, spending extra on fast Corsair memory will not matter for the workload.

I chose the NR200 because it looks good, but is it actually that big for an ITX case? I don't trust that InWin PSU+Case combo too much, the case looks a bit ugly and the included PSU is very sketchy (isn't even 80+.)

I'd prefer to have 16GB RAM for futureproofing since my mom loves opening a million Chrome, Firefox, and Edge tabs at the same time. Does the Silverstone case support ATX PSUs?

I used that exact case for 2+ years with an i5-6600k several years back, it was fine, not the nicest but it's a lot more compact. You are not hitting the PSU hard at all, like 130W under MAX load.

 

NR200 is 20.3L, this In Win BP655 is 8.2L , the Silverstone SG13 is 11.5L.

The SG13 can support ATX PSU's but then the stock cooler will not fit. Here is a detailed build log I have on that very case:

I'm wondering if using Intel would be better for cost. Using an H410 and i3-10100 would save around $70 and be slightly faster than a stock 3400G. I don't need the GPU grunt of the 3400G, so I'm wondering if it's worth it to still buy the 3400G because of how expensive it is.

I changed the list a bit, swapped the ITX board for mATX because the case supports some mATX boards. Also added monitor and speakers, if anybody can vouch to their quality.
