That's not uncommon. They could be running a special on that SKU or they could be price matching/beating a competitor.

I've been seeing Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 CL16 16GB kits going for ~$60-70 US on Amazon and Micro Center so I don't think it really is.

Also $69 isn't that cheap, but still pretty nice. (sorry, pun intended)

I can buy 64GB (2x 32) 3600Mhz for less than 200€ here.
