RAM compatibility with motherboard

I posted a thread earlier here as I can't get my RAM to 3200MHz from 2133MHz. I checked the MSI motherboard support page here and searched my RAM sticks product code which is CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 and it doesn't show up. 

Could this be the source of my problem?

Could definitely be the reason, sometimes it comes down to the memory controller on the CPU as well.
