Laptop running hot, maybe bad sensor, Is it safe to use?

Hello everyone, My laptop is saying its core temps are around 220f. I took it apart and cleaned it and replaced the thermal past. It does not feel hot to the touch. What should it do? Any suggestions welcome. Thankyou
It is a dell 15 5000 with an AMD A10
Could it be a bad sensor? It does not seem to be overheating at all. Is it safe to use my laptop? Thankyou

Did I fix your problem? Please feel free to donate to me at <Link Removed>

Any donation is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Typical bad sensor or software is reading it wrong. Use open hardware monitor.
