Can I add another RAM with the existing one in my laptop?

I have ASUS TUF gaming FX505D which have 8GB DDR4 RAM at 2400Mhz and I want to  add 8GB more. Can I add Corsair Vengeance 8GB @ 2400Mhz Laptop RAM with the existing one or do I have to replace all RAM modules.

First I recommended to check what type of ram your laptop are using by using this simple command in CMD

 

wmic memorychip get devicelocator, manufacturer, partnumber

 

Then googled the partnumber and that'll be the exact RAM that your laptop are  using

 

Try to use the same kind of RAM on laptop to avoid any incompatibility issue
