Intel for ultimate flexibility for me. AMD for a really well thought out build this isn't going to change outside of GPU upgrades. Outside of that, I rather no get into as it's just going to be a flame war.

Ryzen as of the moment is literally Plug-n-Play. There's a reason most RTX 30 reviews were partnered off with Ryzen CPUs and only one or maybe two Intel chips.
