Should I buy an i9 10900k or a ryzen 9 4900x?

I know 4900x not out yet but Anyone thinks amd will beat intel in gaming next gen? I plan on keeping my next build for 6ish years mainly gaming (1440p triple a games 144hz) price is not a problem at all so don't tell me ryzen is cheaper any thoughts on next gen?

 

edit gpu is going to be an rog strix 3080

I sold my gaming rig last month and picked up the mini PC I have now for $100 to tide me over until the new year when I'll rebuild a PC for CyberPunk.

Let me rephrase 144 fps esport games for the next 6 years and triple a for maybe like a year i and then like 80-100 on max settings

Really? biggest reason is cyberpunk? I can see why ppl like it but gameplay seems kinda B- from trailers and stuff but I'm not here to judge so have fun

Hell yeah. I usually do my rig refreshes when a game comes out that I want to play, just doesn't happen too often.

Trailers can never really portray an RPG with story driven elements properly.
