Please help performance optimizing Blade Stealth 2019

I recently purchased the mercury white blade stealth (shift key doesnt rlly bother me and I love the color) and I am having a few issues.

-Firstly, according to everyone on the internet, the 25W 1065g7 should be able to run overwatch at 1080p low with decent framerates, but I cant go above 720p low without getting INSANE frame drops and stuttering. I tried disabling chroma profiles, turning the fans to max, enabling high performance mode in both synapse and in windows, but I cant figure out what's wrong.

 

-Secondly I am trying to figure out tips and tricks, and things I should change to optimize this laptop for the best performance possible, if anybody on here could help with that, itd be amazing!
