So guys i saw a post on the gpu's topic saying that the new amd card are out.

The r7 265 and the r7 260 and from the review of anatech i understand that is a good competitor for the 750ti

But what you thik it will be its mining performace. Will amd compite with nvidia on mining?

I'm sure these will be great for a cheap GPU, as long as they stay cheap... :o

AMD has been better than Nvidia for mining for...a very long time.

That's a good value :D I doubt bitcoin mining will cause any sort of inflaion on these since their on the low end. Well hopefully at least...

I can't give you an estimate, but I would venture to say these will probably beat the Nvidia counterpart.

AMD's naming system is getting unnecessarily confusing now, I hope they don't release an r7 265X. Like @acidydragon said, I'm kind of hoping that this keeps miners away from the 750Ti so that not all cards get really expensive.

Naming schemes are ridiculous, and get out of hand SOOO fast.

Companies need to start with low numbers, so they can use the same scheme for nearly ever.

Also, AMD has SO many cards on the market right now, feels a tad overdone...

I'm very impressed by the performance of the 750ti tbh... I expected it to not be able to touch High settings on anything. Proved me wrong :P

just because its good mining compared to price doesnt mean its great.

Go check out the EVGA FTW one if you haven't. It's great! Pulls a bit more power (unfortunately), but it overclocks like a BEAST!
