Can heartily recommend the ThermalTake Water 3.0 Ultimate.  On Gamer's Nexus it performed well and got good ratings.

Arctic Liquid Freezer II would be a really good choice if you don't want any RGB. You may want to list what case, CPU and other components you have in case there will be problems with mounting it.
