Using an PC without Monitors and internet?

Is there any way to use Desktop PC without Monitor or TV but I don't have a internet? So I need to use PC without buying an LCD Monitor or even without TV.

My Desktop PC has VGA Port and DVI Port. But I cannot access to remote desktop even with internet connection.

Yes you can use remote desktop.

You need to activate remote desktop and open the firewall.

Connect the server with the local IP Adress.

You don't need internet you need network, unless you can control it with your brain wave.

The earliest computers just had a keyboard and a printer. Of course I'm not sure how well modern OSs support such a "user inteface" 😁

But seriously, a computer without a monitor only makes sense if you can connect to it remotely (either local network or internet). In most cases such a setup would be a server of some kind (web server, terminal server, ...)

You know, used monitors are really cheap pretty much everywhere in the world. You might even be able to get one for free, they get thrown away all the time. You can also hook it up to a TV.

You could use it with screen reader. But honestly, what were you planning to use as interface or how you planned to use it?

he still needs a local network for those tough right?

TTS is text to speech so he could install or activate that but yeah. Local network doesn’t require internet if that counts.
