Depends on the game. In some, the 2060 will be better. In others, the Vega 64 will be better. (I'd say the Vega 64 is slightly better)

 

They seems to be quite comparable, not sure why you've bought this, not much of an upgrade overall.

Things like newer drivers likely changed the playing field a bit since 2019, but I don't expect a huge difference overall.

I have recently purchased a Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2060 mini ITX OC and was wondering if my Gigabyte Radeon vega 64 is a better card ?

Being one of those single-fan "ITX" cards I'd imagine it runs pretty hot and/or loud, though that's kind of beside the point I guess.

 

Also, since you've already purchased it, didn't you run some benchmarks to compare performance with your old Vega 64..?

Tier lists for building a PC.

 

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Gpu tier list. Rtx 3000 and RX 6000 not included since not so many reviews. Tier S for Water cooling. Tier A and B for overcloking. Tier C stock and Tier D avoid.

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

(RTX 3000/ RX 6000 Might run just fine with higher wattage tier B unit, Rtx 3070 runs fine with tier B units)
