Posted May 1, 2013 Hey guys, i was just wondering what kind of temperature the Intel 3770k would start degrading over time. Because i am getting around high 60's to mid 70's degrees when i am running prime95. Posted May 1, 2013 umm maybe your thermal compound wasnt put on well is it the stock cooler? and have you overclocked? Posted May 1, 2013 That's perfectly fine. :) Tcase is 67.4C, but TjMax is usually 100C <- Max CPU temp. I wouldn't mind it if it's not over 85C when running full load after 1h. Is that your temps when overclocked freq? Or with stock on stock cooler?
