Which one of EVGA's 500W PSUs is it?

This is the amazon link

Well your pc won't blow up, so you can probably use that evga psu for a bit, but you should really really consider getting something better.

That 2060 will consume up 150-200w from 12v output of your psu as opposed to around 75-90 the 1050 consumes.

ryzen 2400g consumes around 80-100w, your ssds around 2-3w each, mechanical drives around 8-10w, fans 2-3 watts, ram sticks around 2w each

So your pc doesn't consume a lot of power, probably won't get close to 300 watts, but that evga psu is fairly inefficient so it will make a lot of heat, and probably won't like hig fluctuations in power consumption that much (ex jumping from 50w while browsing the internets to 300w when playing a game)

and also do you think I could run it for a little bit until I get a new one?

It may run for a bit or it may die after an hour that is the gamble of having a bad psu. So I would just wait till you have a good psu. Either way waiting now does not hurt you as the used market is gonna get shaken up pretty big by the 3000 series the longer you wait.
