Yes  for the most part, it shouldn't affect anything afaik..

If so, no problem.
But if you're worried and still have RMA options call the company and tell them this. Just to make sure.

But ive seen more bent motherboards work perfectly.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

yes, it works fine.  Have you ever come across a curved MB?  When I screw it to the housing, it will straighten out over time?

It doesn't matter, once it's screwed in it won't move. Therefore no flex damage can happen over time.

Some motherboards will be slightly bent. It's normal and as long as it's not too excessive, it's fine. Working in the defense industry, we would also accept a board with some slight flexing in it.

Only issue I've ever had from one with a bow in it is if it's severe enough the heatsinks to the VRM's/MOSFETs have poor contact to these heatsinks. 
Ran into that and had to counter-bow the board to resolve it.

 

The one in the above pic doesn't look bad, kinda average TBH about it and yes, it will flatten out once it's mounted in the case or wherever it's going.
