How can i make my laptop act as a secondary screen to my PC?

 I'm looking to make a dual monitor setup, and i was hoping to use my laptop. I tried the project on this device thing that windows has built in but it doesn't show up, so i guess my laptop is old. is there any other way to make this happen, i also tried sharemouse but that's not what i'm looking for so. Thanks in advance.

No, but you can use something like synergy or logitech sync to use your mouse and keyboard on both your desktop and laptop, similar to having a second monitor except it's a whole second computer.

That's a bummer, that there is mo other way, so the options you showed mw are similar to sharemouse, at least i hope hey work better.  Thanks.
