$800 Build w/ Monitor 144hz 1080p

Budget (including currency):

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Playing RB6

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want 144hz & 1080p, 1 to 5 ms response. I chose this monitor but if there's another at a lower price & in stock I'll gladly try to snag it. Also, an affordable keyboard that works well for FPS gaming. Ill mostly be playing RB6. The most important elements to the build that id like is to hit 144hz at the cheapest price possible. This is my existing list:

Hey why get there

Ryzen 3 3100 instead of the 3 3200? I see that the 3200 is cheaper.

The 3200G uses weaker Zen+ cores instead of Zen 2 like the 3100, and since you'll be using a dedicated GPU anyway, you won't need the iGPU on the 3200G.

So basically, the 3100 is a better CPU, despite the fact that going by the name can sound like it's a lower-end SKU.

Does the Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory suffice & PNY CS900 (500 GB SSD SATA 6GB?

simply, the 3100 is a better cpu better ipc, cache layout, fpu etc.. it just doesn't have an i-gpu.

the list @Mateyyy's will do the job, single channel means you're cutting your bandwidth in half which will result in a noticeable performance hit.

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

if you feel 8gb of ram are enough, get a 2x4gb kit. it's important for performance to have two sticks. but with the prices being so low lately, now it's a good time to get a 2x8gb kit

Got it. I'm gonna go with 16gb just to make sure I'm getting everything I need.

Will this be an issue? With @Mateyyy buils this came up.

-snip-

Most if not all B450 boards shipping nowadays are ready for Ryzen 3000 out of the box. If anything, you can ask your retailer whether it's got the "Ryzen 3000 Ready" sticker on the box - if it doesn't, you could ask them to flash a newer BIOS for you.

NO , all pcs in 2020 , should have atleast 16gb ram, be it even a really budget build , it just cost mostly 20 $ more , most of us spend 20 $ on crapass shit , the ram is the cheapest item that will bring a really big difference in performance so i wouldnt get anything less than 16 gb ram . Any ssd will be fine , as long as it has a dram cache and it has enough space for the OS and important apps like chrome etc
