If XMP puts it at 2600 then you shouldn't really OC if you want the lifespan on it.

I don't think that is what OP is saying.  

 

Also, a stable RAM overclock at safe voltages won't harm the RAM.  

 

Enable XMP and run at 3200MHz.  No reason not to.

Yes. It will run at xmp at a certain voltage.

Perfectly safe.

1) it's rated for 3200 so it is fine to make it run at 3200, unless other components can't accept that speed

 

2) assuming every other setting is the same other than frequency, running it faster might reduce lifespan

But not to the point where you should care about it

 

3) most ram have lifetime warranty

Absolutely.  Many folks overclock their RAM past its XMP too.  Overclocks can be safe.

If you dont raise voltage, even 5GHz on memory is fine. It may not be stable, but it wont damage them either
