It could be anything...

 

Did you try to take down the settings? did that help?
Does this happen in all games? if not then what games?

Did you try to clean your GPU drivers and reinstall?

Do you have HPET on ?

Go in the bios and make sure your memory XMP profile is set.

It is and RAM is dual channel.
