Constant high-pitched ringing/beeping when using microphone

Hey guys, I've recently built my first PC and everything has been running smoothly other than the microphone when using my earbuds connected to the front panel. My microphone constantly picks up this weird noise that isn't coming from my surroundings. I can't find any advice for this specific issue anywhere, so I figured I'd ask here. I have a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard and the NZXT H510 case. I think it might have something to do with connections but I'm not entirely sure. Attached is a recording of the noise.

Try enabling noise suppression in Windows.

Go to your Control panel, then type in sound in the search bar, and click on the Sound category.

From there, go to the Recording tab, click on your active microphone, and choose Properties.

Then, go to Enhancements, and choose Noise supression.

If you don't have this tab, install the Realtek Audio drivers (even if you have them), by going to your motheboard's support website and finding the appropriate driver.
