All around this is much better:

3600X is way to much over a 3600, you can enable PBO and get the same results. Don't waste your money.

Don't go B450.

Cheaper memory kit that is also 3200MHz CL16, from a very reputable supplier.

Better m.2, an NVME drive with DRAM cache will make a difference.

RX 5600XT outperforms the 1660Ti in gaming and costs the same as a 1660S.

Better airflow case and more budget appropriate.

Better quality PSU.

Only problem your going to run into at some point is storage if you do a lot of video editing. Also want a bigger SSD for storing a couple of your more favorite games, makes a huge difference in loading with games like GTA V.

if youre gonna be buying this in 2 months, then its best to hold out on your purchase till september, as new gen hardware (Ryzen 4000 series cpus, nvidia 3000 series gpus, and AMD new gen "Big Navi" GPUs) is coming during then. the performance increase that will be available for the same price or lower is considerably higher; it is of best interest to wait in my opinion.

😕

for 1,5k you can get something like this

another alternative:

but would still suggest waiting for the new zen 3 and nvidia ampere if you are not looking to build this within a week

Yes you just need a PCIe 8x slot, the motherboard has 2 of them.
